How we Work
How we work is very simple…

Quotation

We charge “per word” for our translation service, so you can get a rough idea of what we will charge by simply knowing how many words there are on the document concerned and asking for the cost of the language pairs you need.

For an accurate quotation however, simply send us the document be email, fax, post or even bring the document to your nearest branch or satellite office where we’ll be happy to give it to the right translator to quote against.

We will then get back to you within a couple of hours with an official price.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before we give the document to the translator and commission the translation.

Payment can be made by debit card, credit car, paypal account or electronic transfer into our account.

If you wish to pay by electronics transfer (also known as BACS), our bank details will be on your written quotation, please use the reference number of the quotation for the reference number on the BACS transfer.

Lead Time

For European languages, the lead time is normal 2 working days; if this is not possible however, you will be told prior to the commencement of the project.

The lead time various for all other languages and so we will give you the lead time for those at the time we write your quotation.

Delivery

Your document will be delivered either electronically by email or sent to you by Standard Royal Mail Service; if you want the document delivered recorded delivery, we can arrange this, but there will be an additional handling charge.

Collection

You can arrange to collect the item from our local branch, please contact us to find out the location of your nearest branch if you need this service.
